By way of an introduction......
I am a composer and educator, working in Los Angeles and teaching in the Music Department of California State University, Los Angeles.  When not composing or teaching, I can be found promoting the music of living composers and the music of the past 50 years through a variety of activities which includes conducting, lecturing and adjudication. The interaction of the performing arts here on our campus and in the local community has also become a major preoccupation of mine. I am convinced that in the expanding global community, the Arts will be the link to understanding the people around us.
