Jai Hong, Ph.D.
I have been teaching at California State University since fall of 2002. I attended Iowa State University where I earned Ph.D. in Industrial Education & Technology with a concentration in manufacturing technology and quality management.
As a team member in the Department of Technology, my duties include teaching, committee service on campus, and outreach to community colleges and high schools.
I have taught at the university level for the past 17 years. Although I've taught other subjects including graduate courses, my primary field is production system in virtual reality environment. Improving the efficiency of production and quality of products are the major goals of this newly developed technology.
My research areas of interest include Digital Manufacturing, Virtual Reality, and Quality Management.
