G. Conner Office:
ST 403 I have been teaching in the undergraduate nursing program for over 25 years.
I have taught a wide variety of courses and enjoy being involved in student affairs.
I was born in Brooklyn, New York and live in Pasadena. My primary
areas of interest are community health and women's health care. In addition to
teaching I am the principal undergraduate advisor for the School of Nursing and,
in that capacity, coordinate selection of students for the generic nursing program.
I am also a principal advisor in the Advisement and Outreach Center for the College
of HHS, FA 238, telephone: 343-5500. Currently I am the coordinator for the College
of HHS Introduction to Higher Education and Transition courses. I am not actively involved in research at this time, but have interest in areas related to my clinical areas of expertise as well as aspects of student recruitment and retention. Representative Professional Activities
