Dr. Singh is developing a new food chemistry and food Analysis laboratory at California State University Los Angeles.

The New facility will contain several new food analysis instruments such as Elemental Analyzer ( Nitrogen combustion analyzer), Differential Scanning Calorimeter ( DSC), Rancimat, HPLC, freeze dryers and several other state of the art equipments etc.

This program is also helping minority students to expose them to the area of food science and technology. Graduate and Undergraduate students are working in the laboratory and gaining experience in research. Students also get experience by participating in food conferences and meetings.
