TEACHING INTERESTS

My primary teaching interest is educating our future mathematics teachers in both content area knowledge and pedagogical knowledge.

RESEARCH INTERESTS

My main research interest is in multicultural education focusing in mathematics. Some other interests are: Ethnomathematics, History of Mathematics, Interdisciplinary Curriculum, Technology in Education, Alternative Assessment and Curriculum Development.
