Crabs are found usually on the bottom of the sea. Crabs are related to lobsters and shrimps. Their body is covered by a shell with a waxy coating. A crab's body has several pairs of legs. They usually have five pairs that are used as walking legs and two as antennae. Their front legs have pincers that they use for feeding, defense and display. They are able to walk or run sideways and to burrow as well as swim. Crabs have compound eyes and can see well. They eat many different things.
