Mathematics Education Option


The Mathematics Education option is a program which prepares teachers for leadership roles to improve mathematics learning in elementary and middle schools. All courses relate theory and research to teaching mathematics to diverse learners with emphasis on active learning for mathematical understanding and the integration of appropriate technologies in the curriculum.
