Cardiovascular endurance is a health-related fitness component that is defined as
the "ability of the lungs, heart, and blood vessels to deliver adequate amounts of oxygen
to the cells to meet the demands of prolonged (aerobic) physical activity."

Activity Description |
|
Objective: Run/walk 800 meters (two laps) around the track.
|

Military Run Test Procedures:
|
- All teams of 4 men & 4 women will report to the starting line.
- The average timed performance by the fastest and slowest male and female team
member to complete the race (times by two males and two females per team) will serve
as the team's score.
