LAYING OUT YOUR STORYBOARD This is perhaps the most important task you have when planning your WEB SITE. Like all important productions, whether film, television, or theater your ideas must be carefully laid out. Just as in film you should draw out and plan what your pages are going to look like. Follow this list step by step. Define what information you want your web site to have Determine how many pages you need to provide the information Figure out the number of links necessary to easily navigate around you web site Choose the color of your background, text, links, and visited links. Choose what images you want to include in your web site to make it more interesting Decide if you want to use either tables or lists on your pages to make the information more accesible Write your copy TAKE THE TIME TO DRAW OUT YOUR PAGES IN THE FORM OF A STORYBOARD TO DETERMINE IF IT IS GOING TO BE EFFECTIVE!!!
