My name is Lester Castillo. I was born in El Salvador. I lived there until I was 11 years old. I moved here almost ten years ago. I am twenty now. I came here with all the dreams and ideas of a first time immigrant to find a place where justice and equality are a reality. What a surprise, but when comparing this country is truly the land of opportunities. It has given me the opportunity to be educated, something I that wouldn't had been possible in my native country.

I went through many troubles trying to learn English. It has not been easy, but I think I am better off than many Latinos that were even born in this country. Well, that is only possible through lots of effort and dedication, and that is something you'll always find in me.

This is my second year in college, I am double majoring, both in Broadcasting, with a Film Option and Philosophy. I plan to pursue a Master's in Business with emphasis on Film Production Budgeting. I want to Write and Direct, and Ultimately become a Film Producer.
