Although there are no current openings, the College of Extended Studies and International Programs (CESIP) seeks well-qualified instructors for new appointments as Instructors in its extension programs, including the Paralegal Studies; Legal Interpretation and Translation; and Certified Employee Benefits Specialist programs, from time to time. All CESIP Instructors are classified as temporary and part-time; they are hired on the basis of a Letter of Appointment.
Required Qualifications: A Master’s degree in your field of study and professional experience in the field. Strong written and oral communication skills, and familiarity with classroom instructional technology are also required. Further, candidates must demonstrate the ability and /or interest in working in a multicultural and multiethnic environment.
Desirable Qualifications: Teaching experience at the college-level, and a professional degree or professional designation, showing a commitment to continuing professional education, in the subject area to be taught (e.g., J.D. degree, or CPA or CFP® certification).
