About Personal Enrichment

Personal enrichment comes from continuing to learn about those things we enjoy, from tackling new challenges and welcoming new experiences.  CSULA’s College of Extended Studies and International Programs (CESIP), offers several opportunities for “lifetime learning” of this kind:  partnering with the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, we offer sessions on Current Events and International Affairs designed to provide older adults (persons over 50) with a forum to discuss the issues of the day among their peers.

Coming soonParents’ College, an opportunity for the parents of CSULA students to participate in the university community, gain understanding of the college experience, and understand the “joy of learning” through taking courses for personal enrichment.

Travel/Study programs are currently being developed in several areas of the world that will allow students to couple the experiences of travel with short-term courses on the culture, history, and art of their chosen destination.  Look for new short-term travel/study programs to be added from time to time, and get your passport and luggage ready!
