I-94 Automation
Effective April 30, 2013, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection will no longer issue the hardcopy I-94 card, except in limited circumstances. The issuance of the I-94 Admission Number will be automated. In order to obtain a printed copy of your I-94 record, you can go to www.cbp.gov/I94. A printed I-94 Admission Number is still required in applying for a driver’s license or Social Security number. The International Office recommends that after each entry into the U.S., students check their electronic I-94 record from the website to verify its information is correct. If there are any errors, please contact the International Office. Students who arrived in the last two years will have their records available electronically. This system will be available for access on April 26, 2013 (www.cbp.gov/I94). It is advisable for current students to check their electronic records and verify whether their information is accurate. If there are any errors, please contact the International Office. This automation will only affect air and sea arrivals. A paper Form I-94 is still issued at the land border ports of entry. For more information on this new procedure, please visit:

Mailing services for international students and scholars
- For express delivery of your immigration documents to you in the U.S. or overseas, you can use the services of University Express Mail Services. This company is a go-between for students, universities and courier companies. To use this service, you must first create an account. When you need our office to send something to you via courier, you will go into your account and choose CSULA-International Office as the sender. The International Office will receive an auto-generated pre-paid airway bill. This will allow us to send the package to you via courier. You will not need to ask a friend to come to the office and pick up the package for mailing. We believe this will provide more efficient service to you.
