This on-line series of three courses includes Basic Math and Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, and Algebra II. These courses prepare students for the Entry Level Math Exam (ELM), and other tests such as the math component of the CBEST or GRE. Students who want to learn Basic Math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I and Algebra II may take them, and adults who are re-entering college and want to brush up on their math skills will find them invaluable. The courses include diagnostic tests to determine student strengths and weaknesses. The lectures have interactive problems so that the student can read the lectures, then practice and master the material. The practice tests at the end of each cluster mimic the ELM and other placement tests.

These courses are excellent for placement test preparation purposes, but are not offered for degree credit.

Courses are completely online; no campus visits, no parking fees, no books to purchase.

If you have any more questions, please call Robin Hall at (323) 343-4967. Or e-mail: rhall@cslanet.calstatela.edu
