Registration Day

Welcome to the English Language Program!

The registration day is on your I-20, number 5, "no later than ______". This date is the day for your registration.

Come to Registration Day to the ELP office at 9:00 a.m. The United States Immigration Service requires you to come on this day. If you have an emergency, please call us immediately.

International Students : You will need to bring:

1. Credit card, 2 traveler's checks, 2 money orders, or 2 U.S. bank personal checks for tuition fee and health insurance fee payment.
2. Passport
3. Visa and I-94 card (Usually attached to the passport)
4. I-20
5. Medical form signed by your doctor
6. Your phone number and address in the U.S.

U.S. residents : You will need to bring:

1. United States passport, birth certificate, or Resident Card
2. Credit card, check, or money order for tuition fee payment
3. Medical form signed by your doctor
4. Your phone number and address in the U.S.
