Registration Day Information and Fees

• The placement test is given at 9:00 AM on the first day (registration day) of each quarter.

• Please bring your passport, I-94 card, and all tuition, insurance, and health center fees.

  Tuition fee	$1,935*
  Health Center fee	$55*
  Health Insurance fee	$205.50*
  (Required by the State of California)

  ^*All fees are subject to change without notice.

• If paying by check or money order, the tuition, health center and ID card fees are payable to "CSULA-ELP". The health insurance fee is payable to "Nationwide Life Insurance Company".

New Health Center Immunization Fee

Please ask your doctor to fill out your Medical form and bring it on the Registration Day. If not, you can get immunization at CSULA with $25. (active from Summer, 2007)

TB Test & Mumps / Measles / Rubella Vaccination

Bring results of TB skin test and proof of immunization the first day of the quarter. These tests are required by the University.
