Description

Rhumba Workshop – for K-12 students from local schools. Hour-long dance clinics taught by CSULA dance instructors and regional professionals will be offered on Saturdays (excluding the holiday period) from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in King Hall Studio #1 during the American Sabor exhibition. All dance clinics will be free and open to the public, and will feature dances of the Latin music genres of the exhibition, including salsa, cha cha, and rhumba. Target audience is K-12 students from local elementary, middle and high schools and other neighborhood community youth agencies (coordinated through our EPIC office—Educational Participation in Communities and our CCOE—Charter College of Education).
