Join us as we share knowledge on how to navigate and use the menstrual cycle as a tool for self-knowledge y otras brujerias as we as (re)learn about the menstrual cycle, moonblood, and products to catch and absorb blood. We will also be looking at ways to incorporate food, massage therapy and herbs to better support the cycle.
