Description
They came to have their babies. They left sterilized. No Más Bebés tells the story of Madrigal v. Quilligan, a historic lawsuit filed by ten Chicanas/Latinas who discovered they were sterilized in the 1970s without their consent at L.A. County General Hospital. Screening followed by discussion with the filmmaker and women affected by the issue. Directed by Renee Tajima-Peña and Virginia Espino, 2015, 79 minutes.
