The Congressional Hispanic Leadership Institute (CHLI) will hold forums across the country as part of its Red, White, Y Tú tour. The Red, White, Y Tú tour will kick off in Los Angeles on Thursday, Sept. 22 at Cal State LA, followed by events in San Antonio, Texas and Miami, FL. The CHLI Red, White, Y Tú forums will bring together congressional speakers, distinguished civic and community leaders, experts in electoral research and student leaders to discuss the importance of being educated about the political process and the importance of Hispanic/Latino voter participation.
