Michael Hiltzik (LA Times) will speak providing reflections on California in 2016, the election year and other relevant topics. Panel discussion will follow, led by Steve Teixeria, Veteran’s Office, Scott Bowman, Interim Dean of College of Natural and Social Sciences and Raphe Sonenshein, Director of Pat Brown Institute.
