Description
Dr. Pablo Baler hosts an informal roundtable featuring CSULA faculty discussing how current practices in “bio-art” are threatening the supposed divide between art and reality. Encompassing perspectives from the fields of art, philosophy, biology, and beyond, this discussion asks how the artistic imagination is adapting to a historical shift displacing art from the traditional realm of representation and into the unexplored dimension of instantiation. All are welcome to participate.
