On October 23, 2014 the Emeriti Association held its annual Fall Luncheon on campus. Following the luncheon the Association awarded 15 fellowships to graduate students for the 2014-2015 year, a record number of fellowships awarded in one year. Honored guest and speaker was Dr. Raphael J. Sonenshein, Ph.D., Executive Director of the Pat Brown Institute for Public Affairs, California State University, Los Angeles. The topic of his presentation was "Grading the Midterms: What to watch for on November 4th". The luncheon was very well attended with over 80 participants.
