- Photoshop CS3 - Part 1
This session will cover Digital Images. Considering that a digital
image could be from a scanner, digital camera, drawing program, and/or
painting program, a digital image may mean different things to
different people. But once you know the basics, you will know what
causes pixilation and what anti-aliasing is and why an image may look
just right in one program, but pasted in another program its
too large. Also presented will be why there are JPEG, GIF, and TIFF
images and when and why they are used.
Although often overwhelming at first, the basics of Photoshop are
fairly easy. Presented will be basic image improvement: contrast,
levels, curves, sharpening, and basic color balance. The dynamics of
saving an image for the web and for print will be explained and
demonstrated. Workshop
