EEP Costs

EEP participants are fully enrolled students in the University, so their tuition costs are set by the regular fees charged by the California State University (CSU) system. Parents should refer to the University Cost of Attendance page for current costs. The student is responsible for purchasing their own books and supplies and the cost estimate includes these expenses as well. The cost and management of transportation is the responsibility of each student/family. EEP students are not allowed to room on campus; EEP is a commuter program only, and all EEP students must live at home with family and supportive parents/legal guardians. As fully matriculated students, EEP students qualify for all academic scholarships and loans available to any college student. EEP students are encouraged to take summers off after they are admitted.
