Technical Support

In order to view broadcasts over the Web, you will need to have Windows Media Player installed on your computer.

PC Users: If you do not have the player installed, you can download Windows Media 11 from Microsoft for free. Get Windows Media Player. Before installing, you may want to review the PC System Requirements.

MAC Users: You will need the Flip4Mac QuickTime Component. You can download it from Microsoft's Windows Media Components for QuickTime. Before installing, you may want to review the MAC System Requirements.

Firefox Users: If you are prompted to install the Windows Media Player Plug-in and it fails to install, you can install the plug-in by visiting the Download the Windows Media Player Firefox Plugin page. You may need to restart the Firefox web browser after installing the plug-in.
