Your petition will be considered if the following items are attached:
1. Letter on school stationary signed by an appropriate school official. The letter must include the following:
A. Verification of a minimum of three (3) years of flill-time ESL/EFL teaching with beginning and ending dates,
B. description of the proficiency and age level(s) taught,
C. statement that this was a full-time ESL/EFL teaching assignment in which you were in charge of the class,
D. a clear, definitive statement about the quality of the teaching.
2. Letter from the TESL 562, Methods for Teaching Second Languages, instructor requesting a waiver
 
3. Letter from the TESL 564, Teaching English for Academic Purposes, instructor requesting a waiver
