application is for students wishing to enter the basic
generic nursing program for the BSN.
This
application is not for individual who already have an ADN
degree.
This
is information to help with completion of the basic
generic program application
ONLY.
Actual
applications are obtained by contacting the

Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS)
test dates for academic year 2009-2010 admission application
cycle will be:
Friday December 19 2008 and Saturday
December 20, 2008 on the CSULA campus
