| The California State University Los Angeles Geology Club
was officially chartered in April of 1969. The purpose of the Geology
Club is to promote social and intellectual interaction among students
interested in the geological sciences. |
| The Geology Club welcomes all CSULA students
to enjoy the wonders of planet Earth . Our famous "Mineral
Sales" on the main walkway and occasional club meetings are terrific
ways to get involved. Several camping trips are arranged throughout
the year; destinations have included Death Valley, Catalina Island,
Zzyzx and Morro Bay. A continuing lecture series hosts speakers from
academia and the private sector addressing geologic topics. |
