Our research group is engaged in developing fundamental and applied research in the area of capillary electrophoresis (CE) and microfluidics. In addition, we are developing new synthetic techniques involving carboranes and their derivatives. The members of the Gomez group includes undergraduate and graduate students, research fellows and visiting scientists.

Dr. Gomez is also the Director of the CSULA-Caltech Partnership for Research and Education in Materials (PREM) Collaborative.
