  • Pomona USD Child Development Resource & Referral – The Pomona Unified School District Child Development program provides assistance with child care in Pomona, Rowland Heights, Covina, Ontario and surrounding communities. – 909-397-4740. 
  • Pathways – Assistance finding low-cost child care programs in Los Angeles County. Service provided for people working, attending school and/or have temporary emergencies that take them out of the home. (213)427-2700.
  • Healthy Families America – In-home support for low-income new mothers, services include home visits, resource & benefits linkage, family connection, employment assistance. (323) 766-2345 X 2223
  • Mama’s Neighborhood – In-home support for pregnant mothers through birth to 10 Weeks post-partum who are receiving MediCal or are MediCal eligible. Case management, linkage to basic needs like food and shelter, in home support services (310) 222-5125 / (424) 306-7200.
