A term code is a four digit number that begins with the century (i.e. 2 represents 2000-2099). The next two digits represent the two digit year (i.e. 08 for 2008) and the last digit indicates the quarter; 1=Winter, 3=Spring, 6=Summer, 9=Fall. So based on this system, Spring Quarter 2008 would have a term code 2083.
Additional examples:
| Quarter | Term |
|---|---|
| Spring 2008 | 2083 |
| Summer 2008 | 2086 |
| Fall 2008 | 2089 |
| Winter 2009 | 2091 |
