Information Technology Services (ITS)
The Information Technology Services (ITS) Help Desk offers the following services:
- One-on-one technical assistance
- Assistance with campus e-mail
- Assitance with connection to the wireless network

LinkedIn Learning is an online learning community with courses on software, design, and business skills. All Cal State L.A. students have access to the courses available online. You must access the content from the MyCalStateLA portal.

Cal State L.A. has five Open Access Labs spread out of campus for student use. Students must have their current student ID and MyCalStateLA Identity account to utilize this service.
The Annex link is open 24/7! Depending on the location, the labs offer the following:
- Macintosh and Windows PC workstations
- Printing (including wireless printing)
- Group study rooms
- Lounge areas
