Submissions
Perspectives invites submissions from students enrolled in the History Department at CSULA. Generally, the editors and faculty advisor will issue a call for papers at the end of the Fall quarter for publication in late Winter or early Spring. Both undergraduate and graduate students are encouraged to submit their papers. Essays should:
- be between ten and thirty pages
- be based on primary sources
- have received a grade of B+ or better in the course for which it was written
- be carefully proof read
Contact the History Department (323-343-2020) and ask for the current faculty advisor. Students whose papers are selected for publication will be asked to revise their essays. This requires a considerable amount of time and a serious commitment. We look forward to working with you.
