Large format printing is available to our MORE Programs Participants for printing scientific posters for presenting at scientific meetings. Poster printing procedures are as following:
Make an email appointment with Matt Anderson csla_posters@yahoo.com
- copy Vicki Kubo-Anderson at vkuboan@calstatela.edu, Maria Manzanares at mmanzan@calstatela.edu, and your PI.
- Please include POSTER PRINTING on the SUBJECT LINE of your email since spam filters may be in use.
- If we have not heard otherwise from your PI within 24 hours of your request, we will assume that your PI has approved your poster printing request and accepts responsibility for the payment for the printing.
- With your request, please include the date and time needed, along with the name of your PI. If you wish to be present at your poster printing, request an appointment (date/time).
Download a POSTER INVOICE
- Fill out the poster invoice and get approved signatures
- Download a CHECK REQUEST and have it signed by your PI and have them indicate what grant will be paying for it.
- Attach the check request and Invoice
- Prior to the printing of your poster, all paperwork must be done.
SUBMIT Paperwork and picking up your poster
- After completion of your paperwork, please take it to the MORE Program Office. The MORE Program Office will notify Matt that he may go ahead and print your poster
- .Make sure your poster is finalized, no editing and no reprints wil be made. NO Printing services will be done without the proper paperwork.
- Printing requests need to be made at least 3-4 days in advance to print date. There is no printing on demand.
- Please send your poster file to csla_poster@yahoo.com 48 hours prior to the date and time needed or prior to your printing appointment. The poster should be formated in MS Powerpoint.. IF YOUR POSTER FILE IS NOT RECEIVED 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE DATE AND TIME NEEDED, WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR POSTER WILL BE PRINTED BY THE DATE AND TIME REQUESTED.
- If you are not present at your printing or have not arranged to pick-up your poster with Matt, your poster will be left in the MORE Program Office after it has been printed. You will be notified via e-mail.
Please confirm your appointment. If LATE, please contact Matt to reschedule since he doesn't have a set schedule
