MULTIPATH CHANNEL:

A Rummler Multipath Model. Simulates a channel that encompasses two types of waves: a direct wave and a time-delayed, phase-shifted, attenuated incident wave. The channel introduces an Intersymbol Interference (ISI) distortion as shown by the constellation below.
