Hi, my name is Robert.  I am a graduate student with specialization in Communications and Controls.  My mission in the group is to learn how to work in a team environment and to further my understanding of
communication engineering.  Other than school my hobbies include music, (an obsession with led zeppelin), and a secret mission that I have.  In
addition to that, I play yahoo games (backgammon, checkers, chess, and gin).  I also read a lot of  biographies of famous scientists.  And I am
interested in ping pong competitions.

PS: Rosie O'donell is still the queen of nice.  My favorite breakfast is fruitloops.

I'm a graduate student at California State University Los Angeles. My major is Electrical Engineering with emphasis in Computer Architecture, Control Systems, and Communication. Other areas of interest are Power Management and Electronics. Actually, I work as Graduate Assistance for the Power Lab, and I am also an active member of IEEE, SWE, and Eta Kappa Nu. My current research in the BER is in the Adaptive Filters and Indoor Channel Models. In addition to my research in the project, I am interested in wireless communications, computer graphics and animations.

I am currently a graduate student at California State University, Los Angeles, specializing in Communications and Computer Engineering. I am also a member of IEEE. My current research in the project involves analysis of indoor channel models and adaptive filters. The project is providing me a lot more understanding in the field of Communications as well as presenting great opportunity to turn that knowledge into practice.

I am an electrical engineering senior with specialization in communications, computers, power and electronics. I am enthusiastic undergraduate student looking forward for my Master Degree in EE, here in California State University, Los Angeles. My current research in the BERP is in the wireless digital communications, focusing mainly in blind equalization techniques. I love to get involved with student organizations such as IEEE and SWE where I am currently the treasurer and the Vice – President respectively. I am also part of the micro-mouse team at CalStateLA.

I am a graduate in Electrical Engineering specializing in communication. I am pursuing a MS degree in Communication Engineering. I am also a Micro Mouse Team captain. My interests are in the area of satellite communication systems and fiber optics. I hope to pursue PhD later in life, but for now I am looking for a career in the field of my interests. I have learned a lot from participating in this research project in terms of acquiring more knowledge.

I'm a graduate student specializing in the areas of Communications and Computer Engineering. Since I joined the project in 2001, I have been able to get greater insight in topics such as Digital Signal Processing, Adaptive Filtering and Computer Simulation of Communications Systems. Being the team captain has allowed me to develop good project management skills. Besides Blind Equalization, I am interested in Wireless Networks specially the MAC and PHY layers.

I'm currently a senior Electrical Engineering student with option in Computers and Communications. I am also working on a minor in Computer Science and will be starting the masters program here at CalStateLA in Electrical Engineering. In my time here at CalStateLA I've been part of several student organizations at different levels. Some of those organizations include Engineering Student Council, MicroMouse Team, SWE, IEEE and TBP. This is my first year in the BERP team and I'm looking forward to a great experience.
