The
scale of construction: enclosing 15,600 mu(1,040 hectares) of
tidal flat for breeding aquatics and other complex development.
The Damutu tideland at the second phase would be enclosed
from Beigu Hill to Longdong Hill via Dayang Isle. The sea embankment
will be 3208 metres long. The tideland to be enclosed will total
15,600 mu, including 3,000 mu for construction, 7,800 mu for
plantation, 3,000 mu for breeding, and 1,800 mu for flood detention.
The project is aimed at the extension of land by enclosing the
tideland. This would provide land for the county's construction,
and raise the battle against flood. Meanwhile, in deep water
are bred the greater croaker, perch, prawn, swimming crab and
others. After the project is completed, the compensation fee
for the transfer of 3,000 mu land can be obtained, and the fee
to the use of enclosed land on an area of 7,800 mu will be paid,
thus resulting in a considerable economic results. The project
is composed of two parts,i.e., the tidal flat to be enclosed
and its necessary facilities. The duration of construction would
be three years.
The annual sales income is expected to be 150 million
yuan with the annual profit of 22.5 million yuan. |
