With the rapid development in economy and in domestic
construction industry as well, the demand of such new construction
material as compound aluminium-plastic slab and coloured steel
plate increases continuously. Now, the production capacity of
the company can not meet the market requirement. It is planned
to seek investment for expanding production scale to upgrade
products' output, quality and structure and to explore international
market. The project occupies an area of 13000 sq.m. and a factory
building of 9000 sq.m.. It needs to purchase equipment valued
at 3.18 million USD.
The annual sales income is estimated to be 200 million
yuan and the profit 20 million yuan. |

Ningbo Tianyi
Metal Sanitary Facilities Factory, established in 1985, is one
of the largest manufacturer of sanitary facilities. It covers
an area of 49750 sq.m., including a construction area of 19600sq.m.
It possesses a fixed asset of 45 million yuna and 351 workers.
In 1996, it set up a branch factory specialized in the production
of compound aluminium-plastic slab and coloured steel plate
in the western suburbs of Ningbo, which covers an area of 20
mu and a construction area of 13000 sq.m. The branch factory
possesses a fixed asset of 21 million yuan and 215 worker.s
The supply of compound aluminium-plastic slab and coloured steel
plate with the trademark "Oriental Grand Port" falls
short of the demand in domestic market. Furthermore, the factory
produces a series of sanitary facilities with the trademark
"Grand Port", including lelctrically-controlled shower
cabin, bathtub and water closet, etc., which also has a major
market occupation in China. |
