The
scale of production: an annual output of 20,000 metal nipper
heads. ¡¡¡¡Various metal nipper heads
are all required to be coated and plated on the surface to raise
its hardness and resistance to grinding. This technology is
used for the nipper heads of rapier looms availabe in the present
international market. Our rapier looms have taken a lead in
the country, and exported to foreign countries. However, its
surface treatment are all done in the hands of other factories.
The procssed nipper heads are unstable in quality. The project
is intended to set up the production line by ourselves through
the technology introduction so as to upgrade the surface quality
of products and extend the scale of production. They are first
required for our factory, and then serve as adjuncts to other
enterprises.
It is predicted that the annual sales income would be
20 million yuan with the annual profit of 5 million yuan. |

Intended
to introduce technology and directions for producing the nipper
heads to solve the surface coating of Ly12 aluminium alloy with
the vickers hardness of 900 or more. Besides, the chromium -plating
technology on the surface of steel parts and other advanced
technologies are to be introduced too . Equipments to be used
are available in the country. |

nipper heads and over 500 varieties of accessories for textile
machinery in the mill . It has taken a lead in the sales of
the same industry . |
