The
scale of construction: covering an area of 200,000 sq.m. with
the construction of 5,000 sq.m..
The project will take the world-renowned remains of Hemudu
culture with a history of about 7,000 years as the background.
Its site was chosen on the south bank of Yaojiang River, at
the foot of a hill. It will consist of three functional areas,
i.e., primitive living area, lake and marshland area, and primitive
farming area. It is intended to present the scenes of production
and life by our ancestors. Let today's people learn through
their practice. Its main displays include a cluster of primitive
cabins, where ancestors ate, lived and entertained; the scenes
of making bones, wood, jade, stone and pottery; and the scenes
of fishing, hunting, collecting and farming. The tourist source
of the project will be mainly placed at East China, and Jiangsu,
Zhejiang and Shanghai in particular. In view of tourists analysis
from the Hemudu Remains Museum and Liang-zhu Culture Park both
near our place, it is available. After completed, it can receive
tourists for 400,000 person-times annually.
It is predicted that the annual business income would
be 26 million yuan with the annual profit of 11 million yuan. |
