scale of construction: covering an area of 33 hectares.
Xikou scenic spot, a national scenic attraction, is well
endowed with the natural and human scenery. Located at the golden
route for tourism in the east of Zhejiang Province, the project
site is intended to build the agricultural tourism and holiday
resort by the use of rich tourist source and plant view in Xikou,
with the result that it would become a multifunctional resort
zone complete with ecological distribution, tourism and holiday.
It is predicted that the annual business income would
be 52 million yuan with the annual profit of 20.8 million yuan. |
