scale: total planned area of 130 sq.km.
There are rare stones, secluded valley, beautiful lake,
magnificent waterfalls and plenty legends in the area. With
a strong flavor of rural life in east Zhejiang province, it
will be built into one of the best natural ecological scenic
spots for tourism in east China. It is planned to construct
five scenic spots: 1. Siling scenery, including Siming family
house, red mountain and water, persimmon wood, Shiling valley,
hundred-animal beach, dragons gathering, etc. 2. Sichuangyan
scenery; 3. Black-dragon pond scenery; 4. Wood-pigeon rock scenery.
5. Yangtian lake scenery. The potential customer source is mainly
from Zhejiang province, Jiangshu province, Shanghai and East
China area. The admissions to the scenic spot will total 500,000
person times upon completion.
The annual income is estimated to be 50 million yuan
and the annual profit 10.38 million yuan. |
