The
scale of construction: a total investment of 10 million US dollars.
Baoguo Temple is one of the first important cultural
sites under the state protection in Ningbo. It boasts "the
beamless hall", the oldest and most complete wooden architectural
structure south of Yangtse River in North Song Dynasty(1013
A.D.), and the ancient architectures of different styles in
various periods of our country. The Baoguo Temple Park, covering
73 hectares, is well endowed with natural resource of the mountain
forests. The project is to take advantage of rich cultural heritage,
scenic attractions and excellent ecoenvironment to expanse and
increase some scenic spots on the subject of the ancient architecture
sightseeing and the Buddhist culture east of Zhejiang Province.Efforts
are made to achieve the harmony of religion, architecture and
gardening, thus resulting in the prefectural speciality of scenic
wonder with sightseeing, recreation and holiday. After completed,
it would receive over 1.5 million tourists annually. ¡¡¡¡It
is anticipated that the annual business income would be 45 million
yuan with the annual profit of 17 million yuan. |
