The
scale of construction: The hospital is planned to accommodate
400 beds, including 240 beds at the first phase on an area of
74,000 sq.m. with the construction of 23,450 sq.m..
The hospital will start a high-tech outpatient service
and make a most advanced clinical research to increase the diagnostic
rate and the cure rate, and ensure the basic medical treatment
for the park. Furthermore, the special medical institution for
the difficult and complicated cases of illness will be set up.
The project is to be divided into two phases of construction.
The duration of the cinstruction at the first phase will be
1.5 years, and at the second phase, the expansion of the hospital
will be decided according to the specific conditions.
It is predicted that the annual business income would
be 50 million yuan with the annual profit of 15 million yuan.

site for the project depends on the city proper, 15Km from Beilun
Port, 6Km from Hangzhou-Ningbo expressway, 18Km from Lishi airport,
and 7Km from Ningbo train station. It can enjoy the preferential
policy on the high-tech industrial sector. Water, power and
gas are available there. |
