scale: a sewage disposal plant and its pipe network (first phase)
with a handling capacity of 27000 tons per day.
Dancheng town is the center of political, economy, culture
and service in Xiangshan county, which is a coastal city with
the second industry and tertiary industry developing mutually.
Its industry covers light & textile industries, electrical,
machinery, foodstuff processing, etc.. The sewage for dailylife
and industry is drained into the sewer line together with rainwater,
hence it is easy to do harm to the environment. Xiangshang County
is planned to be constructed into a coastal tourist city, and
its environment is closely related to water protection. According
to the requirement of sustainable development and the principle
of developing economy and environmental protection simultaneously,
it is urgent to innovate the drainage facility, establish sewage
piping network and sewage disposal plant and strengthen the
comprehensive control on water pollution. It is estimated, according
to the overall plan of the county, the future disposal volume
of sewage may reach 54000 tons per day. The sewage disposal
plant will be constructed through 2 phases: the first phase
is to build a plant with a disposal capacity of 27000 tons per
day and a piping network of 11 km; the second phase will be
designed in line with the standard of second grade sewage disposal. |
