The scale of construction: the scenic spot is planned to cover a total land area of 25 square kilometres.
The holiday and tourist resort at beach by the Songlan Hill in Ningbo, the provincial area for holiday and tourism, boasts the scenic beauty with hills and sea, and the rich human history as well. It is intended to build five centres, organize six itineraries, and open up four hunting fields on islands. Ten projects are now seeking for foreign investment. Included are the holiday village for the happy fishing families, totalling 1 million US dollars; the paradise for children, totalling 3 million US dollars; the dragon hole-visiting spot, totalling 1.2 million US dollars; the recreational field for fishing, totalling 1 million US dollars; the match ground for animals, totalling 4 million US dollars; the sculpture-subjecled garden with good fortune, totalling 3 million US dollars; the agricultural park for sightseeing, totalling 4 million US dollars; the field camp at the field gun hill, totalling 1 million US dollars; the international hunting club on the Damo Hill Isle, totalling 4 million US dollars; and the Chinese drama-photographing base, totalling 2.5 million US dollars.
It is predicted that the annual business income will be 51.6 million yuan with the annual profit of 36.85 million yuan.

Location Advantage
Situated in Xiangshan County, the project site is 100Km away from the airport and train station each. It takes one hour to drive to Ningbo, and four hours to Shanghai.
Process of The Project
Water and power supplies, road and other infrastructure, as well as necessary facilities for service, were completed. A part of scenic spot was opened to receive tourists in Oct.,2000.
