The
scale of construction: the hotel contains 29,010 gross square
metres of space.
Cixi is the economy-developed city. Its comprehensive
economic strength has taken a succesive lead in the national
top 100 counties, and is among the four top economic counties
in Zhejiang Province. There are now a high comfort hotel and
four average comfort hotels in the downtown Cixi. The lodging
rate of hotels accounts for over 70 percent of the total all
the year round. In holidays or festivals, the hotels burst with
guests. The construction of the through transport service by
sea across Hangzhou Bay will enable Cixi to enter shanghai's
"two-hour transport range". The cixi deluxe hotel
to be built will be very impressive in both economic performance
and market prospects. The project covers an area of 7,470 square
metres with the construction of 29,010 square metres. The main
building will be 29 storeys high with two storeys under the
ground. Built in the light of the deluxe hotel standard, it
is a modern multifunctional grand hotel complete with the guest
rooms, restaurants, entertainment, health care, commerce and
tourism.
It is predicted that the annual business income would
be 150 million yuan with the annual profit of 30 million yuan. |
