scale of construction: to develop and build the Wantou Peninsular
recreation area, complete with tourism, entertainment and recreational
facilities.
Fine buildings and modern facilities will be erected
in the area, including a high comfort hotel, a swimming certre,
an entertainment centre on water, a tennis court, a charming
golf links, villas, apartments and other infrastructure concerned.
After completed, the tourist area will be rich in tourist source.
Depending upon Shanghai, Hangzhou and Ningbo, it would radiate
from here into the whole country. It is anticipated that the
annual business income would be 150 million yuan with the annual
profit of 30 million yuan. |
