The
scale of construction: to develop and build the holiday resort
centre at the Sunhu Lake, complete with tourism, entertainment
and recreational facilities.
Fine buildings and modern facilities will be erected
in the area, including a high comfort hotel, a swimming centre,
a forest baths, a fishing club, a military entertainment centre,
a tennis court, a charming golf links, villas and other infrastructure
concerned. After completed, the tourist area will be rich in
tourist source. Depending upon Shanghai, Hangzhou and Ningbo,
it would radiate from here into the whole country.
It is predicted to make 200 million yuan in the annual
business income with the annual profit of 40 million yuan. |

The lake area
around the Sunhu Lake covers a mountain forest of more than
1,800 mu with a 500 mu-shoaly land. Its present land area totals
13,300 square metres, including 1,800 square metres for the
construction. Part of field and road have been built. |

Location Advantage
|
The
project site is most close to the downtown Ningbo in connection
with the landscape. It is 8 Km away from Ningbo city proper,
and only one Km from Baoguo Temple with about 1,000 years of
history, an important cultural site under the state protection.
Hemmed in on three sides by ranges of hills, the project site
faces the water. As a result, it is an ideal resort for entertainment. |
